Jack's 6th Birthday Bowling Extravaganza Nov 2012

I am back! Trying to capture the last 4 months so I will start with Jack's super fun birthday party. Jack turned 6 in November and for the 4 months leading up to it asked for a bowling party. He had bowled ONCE in his lifetime but hey, we are always up for a fun challenge. Besides teaching 10 five and six year olds how to bowl, I was faced with the challenge of making a bowling party "cute." With the help of printables from Amanda's Parties to Go, it was alot of fun to amaze the kids and my husband with how "cute" a bowling party can be!

And After my magic!
Adorable cake from Wal-Mart!
Dessert Table- The printables were red, turquoise and black so I went with those colors all over
I printed the artwork onto iron-on paper and made t-shirts and socks for all the little bowlers. I put their names across the back too.
Cupcakes
Centerpieces

I love using mason jars. They are so versatile and make great bases for centerpieces.

Madeline and I made marshmallow pops with junior mints on top to look like bowling balls.

Explaining the rules of bowling to the group- it was a hilarious conversation!
